Terms of service
Desk404 is a shared workspace operated by Protoboard LLC (dba Desk404). By booking or entering the space, you agree to these rules.
This is an unattended space
- Your access code/link is for you only
- Do not let others in (no tailgating)
- You are responsible for activity during your reservation
Cameras
The space uses security cameras in common areas. This is for safety and incident resolution. Entering the space means you consent to recording.
Be normal
- Respect others and keep noise reasonable
- No illegal activity
- No damaging equipment
- Clean up after yourself
- Don’t mess with doors, locks, routers, or cameras
Bookings and time
Your reservation is for the time you booked. Staying longer may result in additional charges.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Memberships renew automatically until canceled.
No refunds
We do not offer refunds for missed time, no-shows, or unused bookings. We may offer credits at our discretion.
Liability
You use the space at your own risk. We are not responsible for lost items, internet issues, or interruptions. If you break something, you may be charged for it.
Access removal
We can revoke access if rules are violated or the space is misused.
